Personal Training (Paid Service)

At Kiani Beach Resort we are pleased to offer you our service of personal training by our highly qualified and dedicated in house personal trainer. Our trainers sole purpose is the ensure that you receive a tailored and thorough work-out to your needs, safely and regardless of the level of your physical condition.

Choose between 40 or 60 minute training sessions, covering a wide range of techniques such as:
